"I have stayed a handful of times at this location and been satisfied every time. Had one issue this last stay because I had my grandbabies, the pool is the main reason we stayed there, the staff decided to shock the pool during open hours (9am to 10pm). He could of scheduled a better time for maintenance like when its not scheduled to be open!"

Sufficient parking included. Continual maintenance is evident. My go to place in Farmington. Priced well for the level of accommodation."

"The location is convenient, parking is ample, the breakfast is basic but OK. Some of the guests kept an entrance door propped open for hours while they grilled outside and the smell filled the halls. AC worked OK. Noise was minimal, so good for sleeping. The hotel is old and not updated but it is acceptable for a place to sleep with access to gas (10 gas stations within a few blocks), fast food and the freeway. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I would stay again if I need an overnight place to crash that is easy to find and not too expensive."
