"This is a beautiful place, a hidden treasure. The breakfast was plentiful with fresh breads, fresh fruit, a variety of cereals, and good hot coffee. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If you have limited mobility, pay attention when you book to make sure you can access the room you are booking. You can call the hotel direct and they will help you. A great place to stay. "

"Excellent place to stay. It’s obvious how hard they work to keep the place in pristine condition. If I had one thing to complain about perhaps it’s the very dated blow dryer in the bathroom. The rooms are beautifully decorated and super clean. I hope they continue to keep it this way. "

"Great experience overall! Clean hotel and pool, great local food and convenient shuttle service to downtown Key West. We did on site laundry… were told one price for a bag of clothing and were charged another, even though all items fit into their laundry bag and closed. We had the mimosa package special upon booking and it was never delivered upon, they stated we would get that refunded to us. Those were our only two complaints! "
