"Incredibly peaceful property and surroundings, giving an immersive experience with nature. The hosts are so lovely - they gave helpful instructions in the lead up to the stay. The cabin is cosy and the bed was comfortable. My fellow campers were glad to shelter within when the heat and flies became overwhelming at the campsite where they were. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking up your own meals and dining in. The bathroom is a little small but it is clean. There was no curtain for the window looking in however thankfully with very few guests wondering around the site, we could maintain privacy. There are canoes and kayaks if you walk down to the valley - just note it is uphill on the way back so reserve some energy for that! Beautiful sunset at the gazebo to behold."

"Lovely accommodation in a quiet location with kangaroos hopping past. Close to Wollombi town. Room is very spacious and has almost everything you need, including pod coffee machine. Bed was very comfortable. Style is stylishly simple and suits the area/landscape. Was easy to find and plenty of parking. Air-conditioning and fireplace available there. Only things we would mention is that as it is located in the bush there are many little insects - which is to be expected.... however, with no screen on the sliding door, we were not able to leave it open to allow fresh air in. Soundproofing is so so - we could hear people talking in the next room - but muffled. There was basically no wifi for our entire stay (including the tv with streaming services) - we would try to access it and be able to search one page loading for about 10minutes - even using a simple weather app was not possible - was hard to even get an iMessage through to host. As there is no reception there - including anywhere within the area - it was inconvenient for us. Would also mention that whilst the bathroom is nice and spacious, there is literally nowhere to place your toiletries bag - had to put it on the kitchen bench.... bit odd."

"We had an amazing stay at the Bower! Sarah, John and their adorable dog Rosie were super friendly and ensured we had a comfortable stay in the cabin. The cabin itself was beautiful and tidy with thoughtful decor all around the place. I would recommend this stay to anyone :)"
