"Some moulding on wall due to a water leak of some kind. It did not affect any functionality, however, the space was damp and mouldy smelling. The utensils were difficult to locate as they were in a cleverly hidden slide drawer which required communication to locate. The tennent on the main floor was intolerant to the paranoids of an older stair structure and having to lift luggage up the flight (as there is no elevator). Overall these are small items, but there were these few challenges that we...

"The staff is nice and quick to respond. The location is good, close to many restaurants and amenities. The property is large and has a garden, however it is in a state of total disrepair and could use extensive renovation and cleaning. The property is dirty, smells bad, doors seem broken and do not close properly."

"Great location and wonderful apartment layout. It had a nice terrace with great view. Only reproach is the cleaning person really lets the apartment owner down. It was really dirty. From the toilet having stains, to the walls all having smudges of who-knows what. If a better cleaning crew were hired it would be perfect spot. "

"The Appartement was ok. Too old couch and dairty the electric in one room was damage also the light in the shower room has to be replaced. The curtain in the shower room was not existing in the window. Also I did not like the stairs "

"I had an amazing stay at Moxy Brussels! From the moment I walked in, the staff were absolutely incredible—so kind, so welcoming, and genuinely eager to help with anything. Their warmth really set the tone for my entire experience. The rooms were awesome—modern, stylish, and super comfortable. Everything about the hotel had a fun and energetic vibe that made it stand out from other places I’ve stayed. I’ll definitely be recommending Moxy Brussels to friends, family, and fellow travelers, and I highly plan on staying here again myself. Truly a top-notch experience all around!"

"Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and have good amenities (iron, hairdryer, shampoo, hand lotion etc) and are really nicely laid out to separate the sleeping area and to try to keep you away from possible noise from the corridor as well. Decent cold breakfast and drinks/snacks can be purchased onsite too which is really convenient. "

"Wonderful boutique hotel, very friendly staff that were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The elevator is very small (4 people max). We didn't try the breakfast, but it looked good. We had a small balcony off our bedroom which had a view of the city. There are lots of bakeries, coffee shops restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Easy walk to major historical sites too. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Keep up the good work!"
