Antes de la llegada nos llamaron diciendo que no habia luz en el hotel y llegamos y si habia, luego nos dijeron que no tenian disponibilidad y no nos atendieron, definitivamente nos tocó salir a buscar un hotel porque no solucionaron nada
Pesima la capacidad de solución, mala organización y ante todo la recepcionista una grosera y a parte de eso y eran las 4 pm y habian personas desde la 1 pm y no entregaban la habitación.

Excelente servicio, personal muy amable
Excelente servicio de personal, especialmente don Luis del Bar, el servicio de alimentación y recepción. Pueden mejorar las instalaciones, pues la zona de balcones es común y da cierta sensación de inseguridad, a algunos nos gusta más el viento que el AC. De resto es muy recomendable dado su costo. Bien ubicado

The hotel looks new and very comfortable. However, they don’t have a bartender on not busy season. 2 nice bars but no bartenders. Specially if you are at the swimming pool and you want to get any drink.
