Didn’t like a single thing. The property was advertised as the apartment and the wording “hotel” numerous times in the description. A normal person would think that what they’re booking, is an apartment hotel. I arrived with the attitude of an old lady. It was advised to me I had booked an Air BnB. I then rang the number that I had a message from and the man sent down the cleaner to let us in. We got in and the poor cleaner was busting his guts. We had 1 toilet roll. The place is just disgusting. Communication was appalling and the door has trouble closing. I called and called the number on our last night as the door wouldn’t close and he refused to answer but message me instead. Refusing to come assist. He ended with “sorry for the bad experience”. The hallway smells like smoke and dirty rubbish. There was even a cat litter outside the door for the few days we were there. Room 2005 on level 20 is the most outrageous room you’ll stay in. DO NOT BE FOOLED! The photos advertised on WOTIF wasn’t even the room we stayed in, looked nothing like it. False advertising !! Misleading !!!
