Good value. Good quality cotton sheets. Quiet, except the bathroom fan which makes a very loud noise when the light is on. In a shopping centre car park, so not scenic at all. Weird atmosphere as many guests were gambling addicts. Good value and near the airport.

Hidden Gem

This accommodation was perfect for a week day stay ahead of an early morning flight out of Melbourne. The rooms were clean, beds super comfortable and the facility was quiet overnight. We had a lovely dinner in the bistro with a 10% discount on our meals. Staff were helpful and friendly. Car parking is in the venue’s free car park. The airport is an easy 13-15 minute drive away. Will stay again.

We got out of the car to a dirty syringe on the ground. The description on expedia doesnt really explain that this is part of a pokies and pub, which is open until 4am. The room was clean, however the walls are thin and the person in the room beside had his tv blaring until after 1:30am. Even with ear plugs in it was too loud to sleep. If you're after an airport stop over, there's other options to look at.

Bathroom was the best I had all holiday. It was newly renovated and rooms were very well kept. I was concerned about the noise of the bar but didn't notice it all night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was delivered to the room promptly and was hot and delicious. Only issue was the springs on one side of the bed were a bit shot but I was staying by myself so was able to utilise the other side of the bed.

Staff were helpful and cheerful. Room was really quiet. Bed was way too soft for me . I didn’t ask if anything else was available. Had a one night stay ,so I just sucked it up . Location near big shopping centre and transport links ,awesome. Thankyou.

Condition of room, though good in cleanliness, was average (in need of fresh paint). Room service was poor, after waiting for an hour I went back to restaurant to inquire about the status of my order. It was found sitting on some shelf for about 30min and then, without further heat treatment or apologies carried to my room. While munching my cold food, I was entertained by the hammering beats of the dance music being played above my room where apparently a private function was taking place, which was to continue until 11 pm that night. Of course there was no staff to be seen in the morning or any airport shuttle service or alike. Verdict: hands off unless you're not planning to eat or sleep in your hotel!

This was an awesome little hotel close to the airport and a shopping center! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was affordable, clean, and convenient for our early flight the next morning. It had a really cool restaurant with delicious food too! It's location is exceptional, being close to the airport, and there's a massive mall right across the street! We were able to get some last minute things within walking distance, and there were lots of food options. Our Uber had no trouble finding us, and the owner was so kind to help us with getting our many suitcases outside. He was so helpful! The decor is absolutely stunning and it has a very cool vibe. The bed was comfortable and the shower was exhilarating! We loved being provided with ample coffee supplies for the morning too! So many hotels skint on the coffee, but not this place, so that was really appreciated. There was a security guard on duty all night too, and he was very friendly to us, so I felt safe. There were some rowdy people on the property throughout the night, but the noise didn't last long, and again, I felt safe knowing there was security taking care of the situation. All in all, it was generally quiet, and we felt very welcomed and comfortable during our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for a good rest before a long flight! Thank you so much!
