"This accommodation is located in the central city and a tram stop is right in front of it, so it is very easy to go around. It is also very well equipped with a washing machine and a kitchen with all the necessary crockery and equipment so we could stay as if we were living in Melbourne. The owner and staff were very friendly and the only thing you need to bring is a toothbrush set. We were very satisfied with our stay."

"There is no reception, and you have to go to get the key separately. When I got the key and tried to ask a question, they told me to call Readyset and ask. I got so mad at the woman who answered the phone at 4:15 PM on 18/04 (Easter Friday). She said what she wanted to say and just hung up, and when I called again twice, she didn't answer. She was so rude and just hung up. The next day, I called again and they said I had made a reservation through Expedia, but it said 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms....
