"Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot."

"Breakfast was wonderful! Loved the coffee and assortment of bread/bagels/muffins including the fruits. Very clean fitness room and the pool was also very well maintained. My room was very clean, and well stocked. The small fridge inside of the room was perfect for water and sports drink I wanted to keep cold. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board came in very handy. I will book again next time I am in town. The team was courteous, professional and accomodating. I asked for an extra blanket at the front desk and there was no hesitation. Thank you!"

"Very pleasant atmosphere, need help at the front desk. One person cannot carry on the load, security is needed especially when you have groups athletic groups coming in that are very active young people one person cannot manage. I must say micromanage everything around her or him."
