"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "Loved this hotel. Although it was always busy, we were always seated for breakfast promptly. Breakfast choice was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable - excellent bed! Good location - only steps from the railway station, although there was no noise as a result. Comfortable walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do."

"Pros: Excellent location, comfortable, plenty of space in the room, clean. All the things you look for in a nice hotel. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends. Only con: Like most other hotels we stayed at in Scandinavia, you can't control the A/C yourself. We generally solved this issue by opening the windows at night, but if you are a warm sleeper this is something to consider. It was not abnormally warm in the room so it was fine (especially with windows open in Sept), but if it's very important to you to sleep with the room very cold you may need to compromise a bit. "
