"This hotel should be avoided at all costs. The management and staff were brutal. Everything is broken and run down. It’s impossible to get help with anything, no one seems to know what they are doing.

"Loved this place! Very clean and gave us a chance to relax at the end of busy city days. Supermarket & mall just around the corner and very Grab tuktuk to anywhere in the city. Apartment was very comfortable and tv and washing machine a real bonus. Nice staff "

"To begin, it took over an hour to check in. Granted, we came about 30 minutes before check-in so we understandably waited, but was confused when it was well after the stated check in time. However, we waited. We figured they were cleaning up the room. We were informed the front door was actually broken and it’d take about 15 more minutes to be checked-in.
