"Staff somewhat aloof. Not sure what their roles were. One person spoke English. Difficult to communicate requests. The other staff were a bit stand offish, never engaging or smiling. Made for a bit of discomfort. I don't think the rooms/tent are hardly ever cleaned out. Bottled water in the tents on arrival were never replaced after the first day. "Hôtel médiocre - 3 étoiles MAX. Plusieurs irritants : serviettes extrêmement usées (jaune !!), descente de bain non disponible , joints usées et non propres, tapis non propre, déjeuner très médiocre car ça date de la veille et c’est pas renouvelé, les garçons sont serviables mais il manque des touches d’un hôtel pourtant neuf. Musique dans la salle à manger à changer svp ça donne envie de dormir. Attentions aux marches : ça glisse après l’ascenseur et par sécurité il n’avertissent pas qu’il y a une marche. UN SEUL fer à repasser pour tout l’hôtel , vous êtes sérieux ? Cela laisse vraiment à désirer. L’hôtel doit aussi veiller à changer la fille à l’accueil car elle est bête. Elle demande d’un ton vraiment dénigrant et condescendant: voulez vous valider votre chambre car malheureusement vous avez pris une chambre très bruyante , allez valider et revenez … sérieusement c’est ça votre solution ? Juste d’aller voir et changer ce n’est pas possible ? N’achetez pas une nuit à cet hôtel avec un prix plus de 100$ ÇA. Les femmes de chambres sont gentilles. Juste un mot à l’hôtel : occupez vous de votre premier investissement à la place (💈💇‍♀️ , à force de s’éparpiller vous perdez la signification de ce que c’est du service à la clientèle. Ça s’appelle de l’abus la manière dont vous traitez les clients. Faites une visite au Canada ou dans un autre hôtel vraiment 5 étoile et prenez des notes. Merci aux employés gentils tout de même."

"The property is well located in a very nice area outside of Ifrane, with many amenities including outdoor and indoor pools, recreational areas, and nice restaurants. Unfortunately, during our stay in May, many of these facilities were closed or not operating. The landscaping of the property was not very well maintained, and some of the units appeared abandoned, perhaps because it was outside the high season. The apartment itself was spacious and reasonably clean, although only two towels were provided for five people. On the positive side, the restaurant was good, the included breakfast was very enjoyable, and the restaurant staff provided outstanding service."

"The property is beautiful. It's a sprawling resort with areas outdoors in the woods near a cascading springs that I enjoyed sitting at. I liked the lobby, the swimming pools and the exercise room. Checking in was easy. You're sat in the very nice lobby and you're greeted with a nice apple lemon ginger juice while the check in is proceeding. The staff is very nice, attentive and professional. The room is very nice, nicely decorated and the linen is crispy clean white cotton. The appetizers in the lobby were very good. But the drinks are crazy expensive. There were a few glitches: my minibar was empty. This is an expensive hotel. When I brought this issue to the management, they offered to fill it. But it did seem to me as if they were cutting corners. Also, my room was dark. The lighting was dim and not enough to read. It was a room to just retire to and go to bed and watch TV. It's unpleasant to not have enough light in a room, especially if you want to read. In the daytime, the room tends to be dark in the part away from the window. When I brought this matter to the management, they offered to upgrade me to a suite. However, the sitting room in the suite was even darker while the bedroom was brighter. I thus declined the upgrade. The lobby is very nice but it too needs a bit more lighting in some spots. I had to look for a corner with enough light to read the menu and see my food. The drinks are crazy expensive. But overall a very nice stay."

"Excellent stay at this newly renovated hotel. Less than a km walk to the dunes from the property (it’s at the edge). You can get a great sunrise view from the hotel front entrance and the terrace plus swimming pool area. Staff were super nice and always received us with smile. Highly recommended if you are looking for a Riad/hotel like experience instead of a tent within the desert . "
