"Overall, experience was comfortable. The space was nice and welcoming, very good for adults. The Pool was a nice perk. The rooms were spacious and the hotel is centrally located. Where we found a little difficulty, we arrived a little early ahead of check in, we were not provided options to hold our luggage or stay on site. We had some calls to take for work and felt a little dismissed. We were told we would receive a call when allowed to check in, didn't get one. Led to a confusing start to our trip. Check in was straightforward given the Hotels.com intermediary."

"It’s a nice hotel on the marina, the room was spacious and clean, and the outdoor pool was nice however it was dirty both in the afternoon and in the morning. There were clumps of hair floating around. Our room looked over the parking lot and the car alarms were annoying. The room also shook a few times as if in a earthquake so there’s something structurally wrong. It’s not soundproof either. Nice hotel in a nice location but way overpriced. For what we paid I expected luxury but this was not that. The restaurant staff was lovely and the food was good, expensive but good."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Zey Hotel! .. Convenient to town and all gateways, responsive host, eclectic, artsy vibes. Room was on 3rd Floor and had ample amenities and space for 2. Definitely plan to stay again when back in Greenport."

"Definitely stay here! A perfect location, walkable to so many cute restaurants and shops. Beautiful water view from the rooftop. Most comfortable bed and gorgeous, clean room. And the icing on the cake (almost literally!) is the snack room on each floor with fresh baked cookies, fresh juices, chips, candies and more. They make a wonderful espresso martini at the bar too. We hope to be back!"
