The layout of the unit was perfect, well thought out and with lots of windows to the outdoor space. The staff were very kind and thoughtful with our complementary breakfast. "A wonderful little hotel with really kind and helpful owners. Only drawback is that it faces the Main Street to the port so there’s some exhaust fumes when the doors and windows are open. Really comfortable space. "

"Although check in was at 3 we had to wait an hour to 4 before it was ready. When it was time to check out we weren’t granted an extra hour that we would have appreciated to coordinate our ferry ride but were told we could hang around the hotel no problem. We decided to stay at the restaurant for dinner one evening and although there was only the two of us in the restaurant the service was very slow and they didn’t have the wine we ordered from the wine list. We only wanted a glass each and the only other option was to order a bottle. On our second day we returned around 4 pm from a day out and the room still hadn’t been made. The front desk we assume hadn’t told the cleaning staff that they’d need a key as our door code didn’t work. Small inconveniences but overall the hotel is good and modern and the room was spacious. We did try the spa and it was excellent! Oh the included buffet breakfast was excellent!"

"This was a beautiful hotel. Great location and wonderful facilities. The room was lovely - our balcony faced the pool. The pool area is large with plenty of sunbeds ( though people still insist on saving sunbeds for the whole day, even when not using them - very annoying!) Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced! We had breakfast each day, but also had some lunches and evening meals. Would highly recommend and would return if we venture back to Syros! "
