"All the staff was great, very helpful and explained all the property amenities. The bartender, Giuseppe, was helpful with food recommendations. The room was beautiful overlooking the winery and breakfast was lovely."

He tried, via google translate to tell us he would clean the rooms.. but in the end we had to ask for it… that ment ‘making our beds’ but not cleaning the floor or taking out the trash or restocking toiletpaper, etc. Also the shower cabin was so small, thet it would only fit a child. "Staff were great and very helpful, Though we found we got better/faster responses to questions when emailing directly versus using expires messenger. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. We also ate an evening meal there and it was delicious. Centrally located for for exploration of the etna region. Room was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend"
