"A little quirky perhaps, and not our usual style, the stand out feature of this holiday was the hotel staff. Yes, everything is spotless Yes, the food offering was beyond for a hotel But the staff go above and beyond at all times... they really make you feel very special. Whilst the pool area can be a little cramped, we were able to nab ourselves an almost private island all day, every day... and switch off. And being able to just walk into the pool in October without a grimace... Fabulous! The hotel is fabulous... but on the edge of an awful "strip" of beach bars and restaurants doesn't make for the best spot... but we rarely left the hotel for the 8 day break. Would we go again... quite possibly for a warm pool winter break though, on checking the prices for January, I might have to sell the house... but we will keep looking!"

"Been here as a couple twice before and could not fault it in anyway. Returned with daughter and grandchildren and everything was as good as we remembered. However there was not much for the children other than the pool and this was monitored severely by the life guard with a whistle and fun was definitely not on the agenda and as a result would suggest that it is only suitable if you want a quiet break away."

"Without doubt the best Hotel in Tenerife by a mile. The staff are friendly and nothing is an issue no matter what. The food options are great and the gardens spectacular. Different pools to choose from. Night entertainment is fun, location to shops and beach are perfect. "
