"One of the most unique experiences we have had. The property is unique to say the least. Staff helpful and accommodating. I was worried with the heat and no air conditioning but no worries at all. Windows on either side of the room allowed for the best sleep we have had so far on our trip. Our three course breakfast in the morning was absolutely superb. "Beautiful hotel, deluxe room is actually a suite. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Our car battery was flat in the morning and 3 members of staff came and gave us a bump start, they definitely went above and beyond. Fantastic stay and only a 15-20 ride (€15) in a uber to the beautiful old town."

"Really lacked of enclosed showering, Not used to shower in an open bath. Guests in the room above you could literally hear every step and move. 3rd floor and no lift does not help but since its historic building we can let this go. 2 windows overlooking the canal had beds at them so €330 a night with canal view wasnt quite with canal view unless you open window and peak out while sitting on the bed."

"Our room was clean, the ocean view was lovely, staff was helpful & friendly. We really enjoyed the location & being able to walk to all the restaurants & beach was a bonus. On our night of arrival, I thought I might not be able to stay there. The shower/sink room smelled so bad it made me sick, however, with the doors open and the ocean breeze blowing in the smell cleared up and the rest of our 4 day visit was good. We didn't realize we would be 9 stories up and the elevator could get a little crowded, but it was really nice being up that high and having the ocean breeze blowing through."
