"A well situated property for travelers to Madrid, close to the Palace and easy walks to downtown shopping and restaurants. Breakfast buffet never disappoints with a great selection of food from fresh fruit and pastries to eggs and bacon. The elevator system, which requires you to scan your room card and be assigned to an elevator, can be problematic in peak times as it often assigns too many people to an elevator and you are waiting to sign up again to get to your room. Rooms are fairly spacious, the TV turns om everytime you put your keycard in, which is a bit annoying. Our room, unfortunately, had a bright motion sensored light in tje bathroom which woke up other room occupants whenever the washroom was utilized at night. Generally a great stay for groups."

"I had a wonderful stay at The Stanley, it exceeded my expectations, and would absolutely recommend it. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Very accommodating, anything needed they gladly supported. I especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning. There was a great variety of options, and it was the perfect way to start the day before exploring Athens. The rooftop area and pool were also beautiful, with amazing views of the city and the Acropolis. The location made it easy to get around Athens, and transportation was readily accessible. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay at The Stanley again. Thank you to the staff for making my first few days in Greece so enjoyable!"

"Hotel staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and cleaned well each day, my only negative for the room is that there are no usb ports, and plug sockets are limited, only one side of bed had one which was annoying when wanting to charge 2 phones at same time. Outside area is beautiful, never used the main pool but the whirl pool area and relax pool was amazing, would be better if all of this was used as an adults only rather than just the relax pool. The gardens are stunning and well cared for. We enjoyed our stay but would not return to this hotel the only reason for this was the amount of children, mostly toddlers, I don’t mind kids on holiday at all, but the buffet and pool area was always a huge festival of screaming crying kids, dining was very off putting due to this."
