"The staff at this Fairmont were all so friendly and accommodating. Overall the property is beautiful but the hallways and rooms were not as clean as I would expect for a Fairmont. But the service and food quality outweighed any concerns about cleanliness."

"Staff were great and super helpful with anything I needed. Went above and beyond every time I had to interact with. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety for everyone to choose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in modern hotel close to the beach, city centre, and a 15 minute walk to the old town and market."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the facilities that they offered such as the pool. The breakfast was exceptional, and we had a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff were very polite; however, we had an issue with the water not passing in the tub and had to raise the issue twice. The water would also suddenly lose pressure and change to either being too hot or cold. This was not resolved despite us raising it 3 times with the reception staff, and this can pose a serious risk of burning."

"Rooms are large and well-appointed. Breakfasts are truly outstanding for both variety & quality. Staff are very nice, but many are insufficiently trained. Thus they have limited knowledge of hotel facilities. Restaurants are not always open when advertised. Due to location getting a taxi or Uber can entail a long wait."
