"Very good hotel, but a little run down. For example, in the suite where we stayed, the bathroom door would not lock, the dishwasher did not work, and a curtain had a hole in it. "

"This is a very misrepresented property. I have many many pictures to show the condition of the room that we were given. The beds were horrible. They were so bouncy and spongy with no support. But there were pieces of drywall out black marks on the wall poor poor workmanship in the bathroom remodel. I have pictures. It was just terrible."

"My family really enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean. Hotel staff was courteous. We mostly used the indoor pool area. It was a very nice area with great temperature. It included 3 hot tubs. The"

"This property was nothing like it was advertised in the pictures on the expedia site or their site. I thought that this property was going to be nice, however it was not. The floors were dirty, the refrigerator didn't get cold, had an odor as well as rust inside of it. We had bedbugs in our bed. My daughter had a tiny bed like bug on her pillow, I then swiped the bed, and notice that it was blood. I had killed a bedbugs. The lamp didn't have proper lighting. I had to call maintenance to put a new light bulb in the tall lamp and a new sink stopper for the sink. After washing our hands the stopper would get stuck. After killing bugs in the bed, and being 😡. Here goes a HUGE water BUG. This property needs a major face lift from the rooms to the elevator. We were there for Mother's Day weekend. I reported everything to the front desk, once we left the room at 1:00 am. We didn't feel comfortable at all staying at this property. I was told that someone would contact me. It is now Tuesday 5/12/16 and I still haven't heard from the management team of this property. I would not recommend this property at all!!"

"Microwave, coffee pot, no coffee for it, full size refrigerator, stove top. No cookware, dishes, silverware. Air conditioner works well. Could use updated, though everything worked."
