Hotels with Swimming Pool in Medicine Hat, Alberta

"For a basic hotel, it was great. Lots of fun for sports groups bc the water slide area is great and room for parents to get together. The rooms are very clean, there is cookies and coffee always available, and overall just a really comfortable, well-kept hotel in a smaller city. I would stay here again when we come for another visit to Medicine Hat."

"Room was clean. Not much noise except for the kids yelling when in the pool. Comlimentary breakfast was really good. Casino was full of happy people."

"Place is dated. Needs to be significantly better looked after. Stained toilet. Rusted sink that had a hole it it. Clearly it was like that for a while. No towels were provided. Mini fridge was iced. Emply box of klenic was kindly provided. Two emply toilet rolls on of which still had the cardboard on it. The roll of toilet paper was sitting on top of the toilet. Breakfast was not provided."

"I recently checked out from this hotel and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, our first room had a strong unpleasant odor (like feet), so we requested to be moved. While they accommodated us, we had to bring all our luggage back down to the front desk ourselves, which was quite inconvenient. We also visited the pool area, and unfortunately, it did not match the photos shown online—it was quite disappointing. The pool itself was very cold, so we decided to try the hot tub instead, but it was clearly not well-maintained. You could see dirt along the edges and even in the bubbles, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the pool handrail/stairs felt loose, which could be a safety concern. On a positive note, the breakfast was good in terms of taste. However, several items ran out (like bacon), and we had to wait for refills, as some food trays were empty. Overall, while the staff were kind and breakfast was decent, there are definitely areas that need improvement, especially cleanliness, maintenance, and better upkeep of amenities."

"Room could be cleaner: bathroom light switch, walls could use a wipe down. Breakfast, bland instant eggs, undercooked hadhbrowns, sausage with bleachy aftertaste, waffles are ok, the little ones end up mushy, stick with the big one. Pancake machine might be a better idea. Toast machine requires 3 passes to lightly toast an English muffin. Pool, either overcrowded or completely unusable, our last morning there we’re told the hottub will require several hours to warm up, and the pool maintenance guys left the door to outside open making it cold, i understand they were doing stuff with chlorine probably but it was a big letdown we couldn’t even enjoy the pool."
