"We had an issue with our room and the staff were very accommodating. They set up a new room and allowed us to wait in the restaurant area, have dinner, and then go to our new room. The hotel concierge, the manager, Thomas, our server, along with the elevator repair guys and the lady manager at the restaurant were all very nice and extremely helpful. It turned a hectic day into a very pleasant evening. "
