"Expected more based on description and price considering that it is in Nis. Great location. Parking is limited - good luck! Terrible cocktails ( if you return it they still charge for it). Waiter (for outdoor serving) was rude. Room updated but poorly done. Doors were not closing well. No bathrobes (as described) and limited toiletries. Half of lights not working ( checked switches by the bed as well). No rooftop terrace. Good minibar pricing. Loud AC. Teo TVs one remote. "

Taxis are also readily available on the streets surround the hotel/restaurant. Cons: Not huge dealbreakers, but worth noting - The carpet in the room was stained, and there was grime build up around the edges of the shower. "Zen hotel was a surprisingly beautiful experience.The area where it is located is quite unassuming especially if you arrive at night but the hotel is a gem! The place is very welcoming, rooms nice and big and they have a private spa that you can book for your own use which is a great amenity! Breakfast was also quite nice and service great in general. Stores, restaurants, bars in the vicinity and hotel has private reserved street parking for free. It's just 25min drive from the airport so great location especially if you arrive late."

"Excellent staff, they were very friendly, knowledge and well-mannered. I felt like I was visiting a relative or friend who was helping me understand Niš better. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable -- even with my jet lag, I had a good night sleep. The view was beautiful; I could see the city and local neighbors from my little balcony. Breakfast was well priced, had good options and was tasty. Overall an excellent experience 1) because of the staff; 2) the price and 3) the hotel's space and cleanliness. "

"The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was truly lovely, an executive suite. Truly worth the extra little amount for the larger room. We lived the shower pressure and could have stayed in it for an hour. The bed was super comfortable. The parking garage is on the main road with a small blue P sign just before the main square before the pizza place. Easy to miss the first time around as it doesn’t say Ambassador just a P in blue for parking. The staff talked to me on the phone and waited outside for me to make sure I didn’t miss it a 2nd time. Super sweet ladies at check in and check out. Everyone was very helpful. The spa was lovely and I wish I had a couple of free hours to enjoy it rather than a quick walk thru. Enjoy your time in Nis at this hotel!"
