Same thing every day and when we asked the staff at the restaurant if there was a possibly for a change they stated no and we were then treated different and also had brunt taste, dishes and coffee cups not enough ...

Tequendama Hotel Medellín
Room wasn't that clean and had small roaches, I've informes them immediately about it and the next day they've sent someone to do a deep cleaning but the situation with roaches in bathroom remain the same. Hotel need some maintanance and staff at front desk wasn't that friendly and didn't even ask ...
