The staff were all fantastic. Friendly and great communication. Clean and comfortable room…excellent decor. There was a service fee of $88 for any guest. This amount seems excessive and honestly…just unnecessary. Other than that, fantastic stay.

"An Absolute Gem in Medellín – A Magical Family Getaway!" Our weekend family vacation at this brand-new luxury boutique hotel was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond with their world-class service, making us feel incredibly welcome. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and genuinely high-end. We were blown away by the extra-large, ultra-comfortable bed and the massive video projector screen, which turned our evenings into a private cinema experience. A delightful surprise was the beautiful, deep soaking bathtub in the room—absolutely perfect for winding down and relaxing after a day of exploring. Every detail here is top-tier. Breakfast was an absolute highlight, and their signature restaurant serves spectacular, creative cuisine. Furthermore, the location is unbeatable; being just half a block away from Provenza placed us right in the heart of Medellín’s best coffee shops, malls, and vibrant commercial life, yet the hotel remains a peaceful sanctuary. We would come back a thousand times over. If you are looking for a flawless, luxury experience in Medellín, this is it!

I had an amazing stay at Doble Ele! This is such a unique and stylish property, especially for couples looking for a little romance, privacy, and something different. The atmosphere is intimate, fun, and has just the right amount of spice. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. A special thank you to Paola and Wilmary, who were absolutely wonderful—warm, attentive, and always ready to make our stay even more special. They truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. I would definitely come back and highly recommend Doble Ele for a romantic getaway in Medellín!

Where do I begin? Well, let's start with the most obvious and important thing: the warm hospitality my wife and I received from the 100% Premium staff. Speaking of the hotel, I found it fascinating. The excellent decor and the combination of rustic and metal materials create a very welcoming, medieval feel. The breakfasts were also very good. The fantastic location close to great restaurants and shopping etc. I recommend it 100%. 5 stars.

El hotel fue excepcional; de hecho, puedo decir que superó mis expectativas en muchos aspectos, principalmente con el tema de sus amenidades como blancos y artículos de limpieza personal. Esto para mí es algo que no se puede pasar por alto porque definitivamente marca la diferencia en cómo uno disfruta de su estadía y este lugar lo ha llevado a otro nivel. Todos los detalles de bienvenida fueron excepcionales. Por otro lado, todo el personal fue muy atento y siempre tan amable con su sonrisa y súper recomendaciones que hicieron nuestra estancia más agradable. Desde que entras al hotel, sientes una verdadera atmósfera de paz y tranquilidad. El lugar es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos: bonito, acogedor y perfecto para descansar y relajarse. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa, incluso para una estadía larga. Pero, sin duda, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial es el trato del staff. Jonathan, Wilmarie y Paola nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos y nos brindaron un servicio realmente premium. Siempre estuvieron disponibles para conversar, ayudarnos y darnos excelentes recomendaciones. La ubicación también es excelente. Está a menos de 5 minutos caminando de la entrada de Provenza y de todos sus restaurantes y opciones de entretenimiento. Además, hay excelentes lugares para desayunar o comer a solo 1 minuto caminando, o incluso menos. Sin duda, cuando regresemos a Medellín, nos volveremos a hospedar aquí. Fue una experiencia excelente y un lugar que definitivamente recomendamos
