"The room needs maintenance the AC didn't work properly the refrigerator was also clunky and the room was not clean there was hair on the floor and chewing them under the night table. Some of the staff felt so snob that we felt mistreated. Supposedly Medellín is the capital of the nice speedling Colombia and the stuff a this hotel did not meets those expectations"
