"Clean, convenient for trams. Other than breakfast (paid) the only tea/coffee facility is a vending machine, that you have to pay for. B&B Hotel in Antwerp was far better, with free 24 hour coffee machine in breakfast area. Paper cups not replaced when room cleaned"

"Fantastic boutique hotel. We stayed at the property on our way to a cruise and I've got to say this was amazing. As we entered the property we checked in at the bar which was quick and easy. Our room was large, clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel was near shopping, the rail, the cruise port and hop and go adventures. What more can you ask for? If you're looking for a weekend getaway, this is definitely a town you should check out and this is a hotel suitable for a romantic getaway or even a girls fun weekend. "The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The parking garage was inexpensive and there was plenty of spaces. That is the good. It was a hot June weekend and a key criteria for choosing a hotel was an AC cooled room. Outside during the day, it was 32 centigrade. The room at check in was close to 30. When we returned in the evening the outside temperature was 24 centigrade. The room was still close to 30. We turned on the AC, all it did was blow warm air. Front desk was not able to assist. We were forced to sleep in a hot room that never cooled over the course of the night. Cooling should be based on room temperature and occupancy, not outside temperature."
