"First at Ck in I was given a key to room and my wife and I went to room and went in and then a person came out of another room scared us to death we went to desk and first no help then given a room with tv not working and no Ac in the morning I asked the desk was it documented and was treated like a piece of shingles like it was my fault "

He, Ray and third helper worked us through key issues (key card kept by phone demagnetized it). Ray plucked my daughter’s earring from the bottom of the pool. Really nice welcoming attitude overall."
