We stayed here for three days, and it was wonderful experience staying here. The included breakfast was very delicious and always fresh. Service was great, free bus transportation to haram was available 24 hours .

Very clean. There are 3 Novotel towers. Reception is in the tower 2 building. The breakfast is in tower 2 (top floor). Also, there is a salon for gents in tower 3 who took their time to shave boys’ heads unlike the hasty ones close to haram. Our family suite was great with 2 rooms (4 + 3 twin beds) enclosed by a common door. We didn’t use the hotel shuttle service. We would just take taxi to/ from haram for about 30 SR or so. There’s a small shop also open 24 hours for last minute shopping, we had to buy a suitcase from. Mountain views from the room were surreal too.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! Absolutely amazing, the staff were friendly but also very professional. They helped with any inquiries. The cleanliness and hygiene was 10/10. Lovely cafe and other amenities. Will be sure to come back again and again Inshallah. Best decision ever.

The room was great, service was a bit slow at the counters/reception, it was however peak season, so this is probably understandable. The breakfast was however really poor quality and seemed like the area was not big enough to accommodate the high volume of guests, neither was the food.
