This is not a five star hotel. It is not up to Meridian standards at all. I hope the manager goes down to the breakfast dining hall to see all the problems. The breakfast barely had anything, and the chairs were super wobbly, which made me very uncomfortable. And also, why is the coffee machine for 10 riyals? Shouldn’t that be included with the breakfast? If these things are not fixed, the overall rating for this hotel should definitely go down.

I stayed in this hotel years back. It was neat and nice. Now it degraded a lot. Kind of abandoned... sad... to be specific, the phone in the room was not working which presents a hazard to the guests. Also the internet was almost inexistent. I had to use my phone data.

Nice location, property is old and not well managed. Staff needs to be trained, only the bell boys have good attitude. All other staff members talk to you like they are doing you a favor.
