Fridge not working. Ac remote was not there. Temperature was set at 18 Degree Celcius at all time. No housekeeping at night time. Bathroom Door does not lock properly. My 2 yr old son got hurt with the bathroom door. He almost lost his tip of right hand pinky.

The hotel conditions is terrible. Rooms very tight. Didn’t find my reservation with desired beds and i had to change the room after one day. first room was smelly. Staff tried to help but the hotel has nothing but good location

Very smelly rooms, dirty, garbage overflows. The tap was broken and there was no water in the shower! Cockroaches around, insects of some kind. Air conditioners are extremely noisy and beds and linens are not the best.

Excellent experienced

Very comfortable rooms, no hygiene issue, compliments water bottles, friendly staff especially Bangladeshi maintenance guy I can’t remember his name was very cooperative. He managed to check me in early and really looked after me. Property is 10 minutes away, long walk but good thing it’s straight not through hill or slope. Good thing, all 10 minutes walk is full of shops.

As soon as I entered my room, I noticed it hadn’t been cleaned, and there were flies inside. The sink had no proper drainage, so water just spilled onto the floor and into the shower drain. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I strongly advise against staying here.

It was about 1KM from haram. Going down there was easy because it’s all down hill but coming back up to the hotel was little hike. I hired taxi every time we came back to the hotel and taxi charge us 20-30 riyals depending on the time. It was dirty dirty. Bathroom stink. No room service for entire 6 days.

Rooms were very dirty The toilet was terrible. The carpets were dirty All th drawers were broken The bedding wasn't charged until i had to make a request. The kettles were rusty. I had a worse experience at this hotel. It stinks hotel’s dirty. Check in was awful they couldn’t find my booking and tried to charge me more. It took me half hour to check in. Receptionist can’t speak English. Nobody come to clean your room.

The door handle for the entry door to the room was broken. I contacted the front desk to get it fixed, but no action. I remined them again the next day (Jan. 18), but no body paid attention. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The shower door was not propoerly closing. I could not take a shower.
