"The property is nice. It’s perfect if you are planning to be at Disney the whole time. If not, it is about an hour to and from the city. You first have to take the shuttle to Disney and then switch to the train. My only complaints are that the AC/fan doesn’t work well. We got warm at night. And the pool has odd hours (11-1 and then 2-7) And no one is keeping an eye on the slide. My son went down and an adult came down too soon after, which resulted in him running into him. The staff is very friendly. There’s lots for the kids to enjoy."

"Warm welcome from Claire when we arrived. She took time to explain all amenities and facilities in the hotel. Room was spotlessly clean, and kept that way daily. Plenty towels. Nice Nuxe toiletries. Having a small kitchen area was an unexpected bonus. Good aircon. Room was quiet, even though we faced onto main road. Spa facilities looked great, though we didn't have time to use them. Transport to/from Disney was very helpful. All staff we encountered were a credit to the hotel. Hope to return soon!"

"Good location for the parks. Hotel very busy, rooms not ready until after 4pm. Had to request water each day as not automatically replenished (why not?) and also had to request robes for the swimming pool, expected them to be in the room. Struggled with the shower temperature (scalding hot or cold), not a powerful shower. Crazy expensive and didn’t even include breakfast. But worth being on site. Skyline bar is fab."

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was small issues with the room on the second night, and it was fixed right away. "Really great value and not far from Disney, the bus stop is right outside and takes about 20 minutes. I'd recommend getting an earlier or later bus as the first day it was rammed! The bus will also go the other way to the shopping centre at Val d'Europe so you can stock up on food which you can make in your room, or take with you for packed lunches to Disney. We got a great deal here and ended up with an extra night for the same price we'd paid on our last visit to stay onside at Disney itself."

"Great size apartment for two people. The pull out sofa bed was easy to take out and put away each day. Location was great for getting food shopping from Val d'Europe and was a comfortable walking distance from the parks when looking to avoid crowds during the shuttle bus's peak times. We only used the kitchen facilities for making cold breakfasts and lunches. This was fine for us but the counter space was small and I'm not sure how easy it would be to cook a bigger meal. There also wasn't room for a drying rack when washing up so you have to dry as you go. Shower was great temperature and pressure. The toilet was in a separate room to the sink. Not an issue for us (doors could be opened with elbows) but could be something for others to consider."
