"The staff were excellent and friendly from check in to check out. Rooms were very clean. Didn't get a chance to eat or get drinks on site as they were available. But, I can tell from listening they have an excellent group of employees"

"We needed a 2-bedroom accessible suite, as our son is a double amputee who uses a wheelchair. We were assutred that would be available so we prepaidfor our stay but, upon check-in, discovered the room was not accessible. We tried to make it work, but had a very distressing experience when our son could not get out of the bathroom at 2:30 AM on our first night. In adition, our room was adjacent to a sprinkler control room, and its noise kept my wife and I awake for another hour. A very helpful front desk person attempted to make our second night more comfortable, but was inhibited by company policy. As we had considered staying a third night, she was able to comp our son's room in a nearby facility for that 3rd night. In addition to being stuck in an non-accessible room, entry/exit doors throughout the facility had no push plates for accesibility. Also, the room itself had uncomfortable furniture with worn carpet, and the breakfast was nothing to write home about."

"My room was ok clean, my friends room was awful still had trash in the waste basket, hair in the bathroom. Hot water was inconsistent, breakfast ok. Elevator was slow and a little scary with it closing the door and opening for no reason. "

"This is a good place if you need something with amenities. Room was comfortable with a kitchenette, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and stove, stocked with a handful of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and cutlery. Pool is outdoor and is closed in May, small gym with a few exercise machines and free weights. Breakfast was included, but rather meh, eggs, sausage, and potato most days that could have been just a tad warmer, small choice of yogurts, apples and bananas. My only complaint would be room service which was to be every other day, but I checked in on Sunday and had to ask Thursday morning for someone to come by and at least get the trash, fairly confident no one came on Tuesday, they did change out towels, but didnt clean the small amount of cups/cutlery in the sink. I didnt see any dishwasher or dawn type product to do it myself. Its kind of in an indsutrial/office type area but dont let that deter you, very quiet, and convenient for supermarket, fast food, real food, and 470. Definitely recommend. It was also about $20 to 30 cheaper than similar places a few miles to the east."

"Great hotel! We will definitely stay here again. Clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff was great, especially considering that the hotel was sold out and there were numerous high school teams staying there."
