I tried the local number your chat bot provided and got no ring. So now ive paid double. And the hotel stated I was the second customer on 5/16 who were "given the expedia hoax, because NO expedia block rooms had patio or balcony. I would like a refund for the UNUSED reservation because I DUPLICATELY PAID for the accomodation I booked with you WHEN IT WAS 100% NOT AS ADVERTISED"
