The location is excellent—it's close to the major Gettysburg attractions and within walking distance of the Gettysburg Outlets, including stores like Adidas, Talbots, Under Armour, and others. The rooms were also clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Calling it a "buffet" is generous—it wouldn't even qualify as a basic continental breakfast. There was no fresh fruit or even canned fruit at all, the yogurt selection was...

"We stayed one night at this property. It was not very clean. There were socks left in the floor, I’m assuming from prior guests. The property itself needed cleaning. The waffle batter was sour. I would not stay here again."

"The rooms weren't filthy but definitely need a good dusting and better cleaning. The staff was fantastic, any issues they resolved them (key card issues). They accommodated late check-in. We were charged 2x for our room, I thought it was a deposit but it wasnt. I called them and they reversed the charges immediately. So double check your charges from them."

"During our overnight stay, they were two separate police required events. I do not know the specific details. When I arrived, about 10-15 young men were outside smoking and talking at the entrance of the building. Shortly after, when my brother-in-law arrived to meet me and my husband, there was multiple police cars outside. The one entrance of the parking was blocked off with police cars. Not sure the two are related but the young men were gone. Then during the night, we were awaken to flashing...
