"Our room had a huge hole in the wall, there were people yelling outside the hotel at 2 am and woke me up, and a cockroach ran across my bed the morning we checked out. Told the lady at the front and took my information down and said a manager would call me the next day ( Monday) Still waiting on that call 🙄"

"room was spacious, walk-in shower had a bowed out shower and therefore did not keep water in shower and water flooded onto floor. Several towels were needed to absorb water. This was reported to desk. No action taken to remedy problem during our stay. No bathroom tissue holder in bathroom, re ported to desk and fixed withon hours. No room service during our stay. Asked housekeeper to empty trash, said she would but didn't do it. Good breakfast each mornig. Kids enjoyed pool. Not likely to return to this location"

"This is the 4th time I have stayed here. My boys go to Lander and it is so convenient!! The staff is so friendly and helpful....especially Miss M❤️The breakfast is great and I always get a good workout in the gym!!"
