"Our check-in experience was superb with great customer service and a warm welcome for a special occasion. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the mountains. Parking was easy (and included, with easy access to any floor from the parking garage. Breakfast was superb with a variety of options, but we were particularly impressed with the croissants! The Pullman team at Penrith Panthers are world-class and made our experience pure pleasure from start to finish. Go Panthers!"

"We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel! The staff were friendly and approachable throughout our visit—from reception to the dining team and room service. Everyone was welcoming, and any queries we had were responded to promptly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The hotel also has great amenities, especially for families with kids, making it a perfect choice for a staycation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We’d definitely come back!"

"Second time I have stayed here and this time I stayed in the lakeside budget cabin and LOVED it! The area is just beautiful, and the wildlife I saw out the windows included birds, rabbits and foxes! The only downside was the cutlery, cutlery drawers and plates/cups weren’t clean. I had to clean everything on arrival. The heater worked really weak. The bed was really comfortable. The cabin set up was great. I will definitely stay here again."
