"I will not say that it was a terrible stay but it's not somewhere that I will choose again coming from Detroit. Whoever works the front desk at night is the rudest most disrespectful agent I've ever seen. I work for Hilton for almost 10 years and one thing that we stand on is quality service. I would not expect such behavior from someone working in any industry but he was beyond who each night that I saw him at the front desk. Someone should really look into that. But there was a lady that worked during the day on Thursday afternoon that was absolutely phenomenal. She was polite, respectful, and I really appreciated her. She's the one that actually checked me into the hotel when I arrived Thursday afternoon. The rooms were okay, the hallways were not clean, a lot of noise, but the worst situation was the internet being out all day Saturday part of the night Friday which was inconvenience for meetings and conferences. All I was told was they will let the manager know. There's a lot of things at this property that can be improved but I will say it wasn't the worst out of all. So I would give it three stars hoping that there are some improvements made eventually."

"Good clean place to rest your head for a few nights great location to the airport. Fridge, microwave, clean sheets the basics are all there but I would suggest getting more detailed with the small things the ice machine did not work on my floor. Overall a good stay"

"I had a king room with snacks and drinks included, did not have them. Paid for complimentary breakfast and was questioned multiple times by employees in the morning regarding it, when giving my room number should have been enough to look up the reservation. That wasn’t cool. Before I book the room, I called and asked was the hot tub in use they told me yes just to get there and it was out of order. I paid for insurance on my trip."

"The hotel staff were very rude both during the check-in and check-out process. During the check-in process no information was provided either about additional charges like parking or hours for breakfast. After my departure, I had a billing issue and called the hotel a few days later and was once again confronted with a very rude front-desk staff. It was a pleasant surprise to interact with a professional and friendly accounting staff. I would not recommend staying at this hotel mainly due to the staff. "

"Arrived early and since room was available we were allowed to check in 3 hrs earlier. Which helped us rest and start our journey earlier. Room was cold I changed heat but when I returned room was still cold. I did not call reception to find out if it could be fixed."

"You get what you pay for. This is the type hotel you use when you need a room for sex or want to get high. The smell of Marijuana consumes you the minute you get on the property. The staff and ownership knows exactly what goes on there and trust me they dont care at all. The rooms are old and i wouldn't use the shower if they paid me to use it. Again its a spot that's used for getting high , affordability, and orher vices"
