"The staff is absolutely wonderful, especially Tracy at the front desk. Breakfast is better than average for the type. The room and hotel were very clean. However, the bed is very uncomfortable. I woke several times during the night and the mattress was so hard my feet kept falling asleep. Also, the curtains are short so the room was never completely dark which contributed to my poor sleep."

"This is the best hotel in the Youngstown area for location and style. There was a wedding and a prom going on the night we were there, so we didn't get the room type we had reserved. We were told that reservations through Hotels.com (Expedia) are always overbooked and it's to be expected that the preferred room type isn't necessarily available.
