"We were late from cancelled flight. We were met with alot of resistance and front desk clerk was rude and condescending. (Terry or Kerry); she did seem overwhelmed and eventually was accommodating but not a good experience. Hotel was nice. Airport transportation was nice. Good location"

"Hotel is in a great location. Probably a good renovation is due but still in pretty good shape. Room cleaners are pretty loud in the morning.
