"The beach staff can be a little overbearing - the beach staff (while good security) are watching every step you take… headed to the ocean, making sure you don’t move a towel that has been sitting on a chair for 3 hours - ha! The concierge staff is really good though… kind and caring. Desk staff can be blunt and got us a bad taxi ride to the airport"

"Overall experience was okay. Highlight was the dinner. But our room was not ready for 3:00pm checkin. We waited for 1.5 hours for room. And the room had a smell. Staff were kind but seem overwhelmed."

"The Rhino is finished. Very depressive atmosphere, the whole resort needs a massive change, what’s overdue for probably ten years. The rooms only have windows in the front door, that gives you daylight for a little part of the room. The other 2/3 is always dark. If you open the curtain everyone can watch you in the room. I had a bone in the swimming pool, the pools are filthy. The same with the sun beds, dirty-full of marks and sweat. The staff walks around like they don’t want to be there. You barely get a hello from the guys at the reception. There was nothing positive. The atmosphere was spuky. Rhino is finished, maybe a 3 star hotel."
