"DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA Hotel was fine - decent quality for the money. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice (though expect a Ugandan breakfast - Katogo and greens and potatoes and sausages). There's a nice view that's in the process of being blocked by a giant mall under construction. However, when I arrived they told me that they could not receive money from Expedia, and I needed to pay them directly. I did so and am in the process of trying to get my money back from Expedia; I...

"At check-in, there was no salutation. I was never asked for ID or who I was. They led me straight to my room. This raises serious security concerns. The pipework under the sink was non-existent. So I had to deploy a bucket to collect waste water and avoid spillage in the room. The windows are designed to remain permanently...
