The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the valet service guy. The room was clean and our view from the balcony was very nice. The pool areas were maintained well even the bathroom. We didn't try the restaurant, but I bet it would have been good. The waiter serving drinks at the pool was friendly and checked on us when he had a chance. Overall it was a great experience. I definitely recommend, especially if you find a great deal on the price like we did!

​I’d rate this stay as just okay. The rooms and location are nice, but the service is genuinely terrible. ​I booked this spot specifically to watch the World Cup at the bar, but the bartender completely ignored me to scroll on his phone. Zero service. Meanwhile, I kept getting aggressively targeted by their timeshare staff—at least five times after I already said no. ​The pool and restaurant service were just as bad. Employees huddled together ignoring guests, hostesses looking visibly annoyed when asked for a menu, and having to constantly wave people down just to order. The food is actually good, but the service is non-existent. ​We ended up buying a day pass at a livelier hotel just two doors down in the Zona Dorada, and the hospitality there was incredible—complimentary chips, great drinks, and beachside service. It highlighted just how unwelcoming our own hotel was. The staff here desperately needs to step up their game. I won't be back.

We had a partial view from our balcony and it was very good. We really enjoyed the balcony. We spent most of our time by the pool. One was a regular temperature pool and the other was a heated pool. Both pools were excellent as well asthe facilities around the pool.
