Located in a very convenient area, about a 5 min walk to the beach. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and very friendly. Lots of dining options within a walking distance and transport is available everywhere. We stayed during the eclipse days and even though it was busy, we received great service and had a very pleasant stay! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel near the water.

On our first night we found bed bugs on our bed. And on my husband. That basically affected our whole stay. We were not refunded nor did Expedia or the hotel try to solve this. The did switch our room but it just makes you feel uncomfortable experiencing something like that. Breakfast is not that great. The only good thing is the location if you don’t mind noise and not being beach front. And the hot dog guy outside but he’s not party of the hotel. The reviews honestly fooled me and I could’ve paid the same somewhere better.

Got this room for my parents, at check in they were made to pay more in cash, ridiculous. They were not informed of the breakfast, front desk was extremely rude.

Convenient location. Parking on site. Pet Friendly. I had a confirmed Expedia reservation guarantees with my credit card. I received a call from hotel staff the day before my arrival asking that I transfer money to an account number they would send me via the WhatsUp App or they would not be able to guarantee a room. They also stated I could not use a credit card. I said no as it seemed like a scam. I then called the hotel directly and was told the same thing. I again refused to transfer money to the hotel. Was then told to show up before 3pm or I may not get a room. When arriving at the hotel next day my room was available and everything went smoothly thereafter. I again asked hotel staff about why I was asked to transfer money and was again told this was normal practice for them. If staying at this hotel, beware that your Expedia reservation guaranteed by credit card may not ensure you have a room upon arrival. Something very fishy is going on with this hotel, so beware.

Excelente servicio, personal muy cordial y servicial; Albercas limpias, desayuno muy bueno. El único detalle fue que las televisiones de las habitaciones estaban conectadas a una red con conexión inestable, por lo que si era incómodo ver algún contenido de algún servicio de internet.
