Beautiful location. The rooms were spacious, clean. The food was great the drinks were great. Traveled with Family and teens. Expect to listen to the bands on the beach, its part of the experience, Vendors will be there just be polite, that is what they do for a living, Never got to use the pool seats, due to over crowding, They need a section for the day pass individuals.. they crowd the pool area and seats and wake up extremely early to throw an object to keep the seat. But I didn't feel the need to do that because we figured we would get a seat one day, but never happened. Ocean seating is not available and over crowded by locals. We had to purchase additional seating to enjoy the beach, but the amenities from the hotel as far as drinks were still available and waiters were extremely attentive. All in all it was a great stay just a few things to remember on seating for relaxation.

Fue visita familiar , pero ahora si el restaurante la concha nos decepcionó casi no había variedad de comida , también un día en el lobby bar pésimo servicio con los meseros , y entiendo que están remodelando algunos lugares pero un día nos tocó demasiada gente para desayunar y eran largas las filas , deberían de considerar que si tienen demasiada gente y están en remodelación no deberían hacer tantas reservas

Habitación en apariencia limpia. El olor de los cojines a trapo sucio imposible de quitarse ese olor. El aire central desprendía una humedad muy curiosa que me provocó alergia en vías respiratorias. Las instalaciones son viejas. En general la atención de los trabajadores bien 3/5 en lo general. No volvería a hospedarme allí porque me pareció muy viejo y con olores extraños.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el Cid, en esta ocasión les bajo la calificación porque no hicieron el aseo y tuve que comunicarme dos veces a servicio al cliente para que al menos me cambiaran las toallas, y nunca me llevaron más shampoo. Tenía acceso a una sala de estar y no abrieron el cuarto hasta el día siguiente.
