Admittedly, we went at the busiest time of year, so sure, pool loungers and umbrellas were in short supply. Everything else was spot on. We stayed in a Preferred Room, which gave us a much easier check in, access to the lounge and adult pool. The room was wonderful and well appointed and so comfy. Beach was clean, empty and wildly enjoyable. Staff were SO kind and thoughtful.

Great rooms. Pool staff were great. Adult pool only open for preferred Hyatt members. Check in was a disaster. And you need to use a Hyatt appl., which they fail to tell you or show you.

The preferred setup was fantastic. The ocean front rooms and the outside tub were special. The room service was a tad slow but worth it. The spa extras were reasonably priced but the hydro massage was not worth the effort. We don't golf but there were many golfers staying there and the course was beautiful. Golf carts were at a premium.

New, clean, well kept resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was great, restaurants were excellent. Loved not having to make reservations. Beautiful beach even if the water isn’t swimmable. Would be nice if there was more of an activity team throughout the day (pool games, fun things). Night time activities could be improved as there wasn’t much going on after dinner most nights. Large theatre building that wasn’t open or used at all during our stay. Spa was great but the outdoor water circuit is just too cold to enjoy. Addition of a hot tub may make this better or heat the pool. Access to golf was fantastic. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely return.
