"We had a great stay at RIU Mazatlán! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the ocean views make the experience even better. The sunsets are absolutely stunning, and it’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the beach, and spend quality time with family. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was always something to enjoy, whether it was relaxing by the pool, enjoying the food, or taking in the beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a lovely experience and a great way to enjoy Mazatlán. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Mexico! 🌴🌅"

"The Hotel is old but they do have remodeled area. Currently 1 elevator working so for 11 floors, there maybe some wait. The staff is nice and helpful and security is very visible. Originally placed in a double bed room, not what I reserved but the Hotel accommodated us by placing us in a much nicer room King size bed Ocean View."
