"I'll give credit where credit is due the owner/manager of the cabins was very respectful, responsive, attentive and did get everything fixed that needed fixing. But to start off there is no reception and you can't pay with your credit card so you won't be getting any bonus miles on your credit card for your stay, it's essentially just an online transaction they will send the link and the website charges an 11% commission on the transaction but I worked it out with the guy and was able to just transfer money. All right so now to the cabin, sure it looks elegant it looks pretty but it definitely feels like they were built at very low cost the door is very small to get in through and it was dusty, dirty, moldy and worst of all there was no door for the restroom and no ceiling so if you go with your significant other you guys will hear what the other person is doing which is not cool. There should've been a picture of the doorway on the posting showing that or at least an explanation on how the set up is. The other thing that happened was the toilet stopped working it got plugged up we don't know how because we never put toilet paper in the toilet it took about 6 to 8 hours for someone to show up. And we couldn't shower either because the boiler was turned off and it's took forever to get someone to go turn it on as well super inconvenient and the water took forever to heat up. Be warned, the cabin gets super hot the daytime spring/summer and it gets super cold morning time. "
"I have stayed at nicer cabins in Mazamitla. This property needs some maintenance. The cabin itself is nice but for the price I paid I would expect better. Your cell phone will not work here, there is no signal or wifi. When you need to contact family or plan for the day it is impossible. Other important examples are the dishes are chipped the stove had 2 burners that were faulty and the cabin needs better lighting. I did like the comfortable beds and extra blankets as well as having a living room with a fireplace. My daughter enjoyed the playground, especially the tree house. "
"The room is too cold and wasn’t enough warm bedding the wall is thin no isolation what so ever the noise from the neighbors room is loud and clear there was no hot water at the late night (around 11pm) so we didn’t shower anyway I had a really bad sleep cuz it wasn’t warm enough in my bed "
"We waited over an hour to check in because people arrived late; it was extremely cold, there was no heating, and the streets to get there were almost inaccessible. And the never answer the phone
Terrible experience "
