"The ac filter needed cleaned badly so we pulled it out so the ac would work better. The entire unit needed cleaned as it was keaving a musty smell in the room."

"Expedia booked us for a room for 5. There is no such thing at this hotel. The hotel made it manageable. We had to get 2 rooms but they discounted 2nd room. Expedia should of know we needed 2 rooms."

"There are NO STAFF ON SITE. I was on tour, which means we often check in after midnight, after a show. It terrified me to arrive at the hotel to find that I needed a security code to gain entrance, a code that was buried deep within several looooong messages from the hotel. At 3am, I am standing ..."
