"This hotel is the best and the location is amazing. We had a newly renovated room and it was beautiful and super clean. It was nice to be able to sit outside on the balcony which had comfy chairs and a table Beds were super comfy and the washroom was nicely redone also. Tons of amenities and the guy working the office was amazing and super sweet! Checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. There’s a super cute green fridge in the main office offering us free cold water. If you need a good night’s sleep, the Wessex Inn is a great!"

"An older place that is well kept up. Parking to check in wasn't very good due to the resteraunt traffic. The resteraunt is well known by locals so is very busy during check in time. Other than that good overall"

"This is a beautifully located hotel on water in Sydney, BC. Our room had a patio overlooking a garden and further the ocean. The bed had great linen, was very comfortable and the room well maintained. We enjoyed the Cafe restaurant located in the lobby for great coffee, breakfast sandwiches and baked goods."
